U N E A R T H E N

While making my christmas list the other night I came across these beautiful crystal quartz pyramid watches by Unearthen. Every watch is one of a kind which I absolutely love, there's something special about wearing a piece of jewellery knowing it is completely unique to you. If santa doesn't bring me one of these lovelies (my list has quite a few options on it) then it's something I'll be listing over until I have one on my wrist. Oh, and that gift wrap...almost as pretty as the gem inside!

Low Luv Spring 2012

The latest and in my opinion greatest Low Luv campaign to date. Since the first collection launched I've been in love, but I have to say that this one is most definitely my favourite so far. Being a mega Wasson fan (I mean, what's not to love?) I'm obviously going to big this collection up, however it has to be said that even if your not as in love with the lady as myself, you can't deny her knack for jewellery design.

My favourite elements from this collection have got to be the combination of gold and silver (I've only recently started mixing up my metals you see) and of course those pyramid inspired antique coins. The christmas sales won't be seeing me this year, I'll be holding out for some Low Luv goodies.

Let's have you 2012!

p.s. A note on the campaign itself - Erin, sand and to-die-for jewels in black and white. Perfection.

ALEXANDRA

Treated myself to these ALEXANDRA studded cut out booties from Topshop the other week. I wish I could say I've never had them off, but in all honesty my feet have been cosied up in biker boots and fluffy socks thanks to this increasingly chilly weather.

I can't believe it's almost November, where has the time went?! Dare I say it but Christmas time will be here before we know it along with a ridiculous amount of course work hand-in's for me to look forward to. Hopefully Santa see's all my hard work and slips some extra presents my way.

Pierced Knitwear

If your looking for a way to jazz up your knitwear then look no further than your jewellery box. I got the idea after seeing a little 'IRO' number with pierced detail in Urban Outfitters, however the price tag was a  little steep for my student budget so thought I'd do a little DIY job myself. It's no 'IRO' but it'll do for me.

Dream on

The first thing I'd buy if I had £1,125 would be these MQUEEN Ostrich platform pumps.

One can dream.

Scott Campbell

I first came across the work of Scott Campbell when my boyfriend was getting tattoo'd at his studio in Brooklyn in September. This is the kind of art that I adore, the kind that is simply out of the ordinary and leaves you completely in awe.

Campbell creates these mind blowing pieces by using lasers to cut sheets and stacks of U.S one dollar bills. The piece above, a two foot plus cube with a skull inside, titled Pièce de Résistance, was crafted from $11, 000 worth of U.S currency and is now worth $50, 000.

WOW.

Isabel Marant

A blogger favourite and a terribly predictable post but there's certainly a reason for it.

Isabel Marant S/S 12 RTW, Paris Fashion Week.

Yet another flawless collection that I'll most definitely be trying to imitate on a student budget when the sun decides to shine again.
